Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We do not see or store card numbers. The charge appears on your statement under the company name above with the suffix EIGENSELECT.
Infrastructure
The web service and the report archive run on Scaleway (Paris). The two authoritative nameservers for the proof domain run on Scaleway instances in Amsterdam and Warsaw and are operated by us. Quantum execution is purchased from Scaleway Quantum-as-a-Service on an IQM processor. Transactional email is sent through Scaleway Transactional Email. Commitment records are additionally published to public Nostr relays that we do not operate. None of these providers receives your entrant list.
Disputes
Consumers resident in the EU may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Swedish consumers may also turn to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, arn.se. We take part in ARN proceedings. Swedish law applies; nothing here limits the protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
What this service is not
EigenSelect provides a physical random selection mechanism and documentation of it. It does not provide legal certification of a draw, lottery, or prize competition, and it does not operate lotteries. Regulatory compliance for any draw remains the responsibility of the operator of that draw.
